Shipping Policy for Care My Skin
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the following countries:
- UAE
- GCC Countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar)
- Nepal
Note: If you are outside these regions, please contact our customer support for potential shipping options.
2. Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving the order.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking information.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
UAE:
- Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Free for orders over AED 100. For orders below AED 100, a flat rate of AED 150 applies.
- Express Shipping (1-2 business days): AED 50.
GCC Countries:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Free for orders over $100. For orders below $100, a flat rate of $10 applies.
- Express Shipping (3-4 business days): $25.
Nepal:
- Standard Shipping (2-6 business days): Free for orders over NPR 2000. For orders below NPR 2000, a flat rate of NPR 300 applies.
4. International Shipping
For international customers (outside the listed regions), shipping fees and times vary depending on the destination. Additional customs and import duties may apply. Please contact us for a personalized shipping quote.
5. Tracking Orders
- Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order on our website or through the shipping provider’s website.
6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may apply upon receiving the products in your country.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or restricted areas.
