Shipping & delivery
Free across the UAE on orders over AED 100 — below that a standard delivery charge is shown at checkout. Orders are usually delivered in 1–2 working days. Cash on delivery is available everywhere we deliver.
Is it original?
Yes. We are an authorised seller for Ujooba and buy direct from the manufacturer rather than through importers or traders. Every unit carries its own batch number and expiry date, exactly as it leaves the factory.
Returns & refunds
If something arrives damaged, wrong or sealed-but-faulty, contact us and we will sort it out. Full terms are in our Refund policy.
